STC

STC - IP66 - IK10

The range of wall-mounted sheet and sheet metal cabinets without outlet cover offers a wide range of uses for both machine and industrial applications.

The difference from other wall mounted cabinets is the mounting depth of the cabinet which is 150mm. Other dimensions are almost unlimited according to the customer's needs and requirements.

Suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation as the standard finish is UV resistant. RAL 7035 as standard can be substituted for any colour of the application COMAXIT. STC cabinets are manufactured in accordance with EN62208. An accessory of the cabinet is a mounting panel, which is supplied in standard cabinet dimensions or according to customer requirements. Punching before painting is carried out according to requirements.

STCP

STCP - IP40/20 - IK07

Surface Switchboard

Modular - surface-mounted switchboard with DIN rails for installation of devices. Furthermore, the cabinet is equipped with N-null and PE-protective bridge.

Everything is the part of the lower galvanized part, which is completely armed including cover panels KPPZ, KPVZ for quick release locks and then the covering painted frame with door and lock are mounted on it. The door can be rotated as right/left while retaining the lower instrument tray. The door is painted internally in RAL 7035, but this can be changed to another shade prior to manufacture according to customer requirements.

The lower galvanized part can also be used for flush mounting while maintaining the number of rows and the number of modules in the cabinet by simply replacing and installing 4 or 6 screws. The cabinets are designed from 2 rows of 40 modules to 6 rows and 186 modules in the given cabinet design.

STCR

Cabined Grid and Mounting Panel

STCR cabinets are available as wall mounted or freestanding on pedestal or footings. They are manufactured in steel sheet DC 01, unless the customer requires a different material design, e.g., stainless steel, aluminium, zinc plating including surface finish.

The paint is UV - resistant, the cabinets can be installed outdoors. The internal filling can be applied either on a mounting panel, which can be ordered for the cabinet, or on an instrument grid, which is inserted inside the cabinet and thus formed by means of covers KPPZ, KPVZ on quick release locks IP 20 after opening the door.

The grid consists of instrument beams and PMK bridges, on which we install all the instruments according to the documentation. In case of a requirement for door punching, we recommend that we punch it before painting.

STCV

STCV - IP66-IK10

Category: Wall Mounted Cabinets

STCV cabinets are made from DC01 1.3mm steel plate as standard and larger sizes 1.5mm.

The cabinet includes flanged lids for installing glands, mounting connectors, air hoses, etc.

The lid and door are fitted with a polyurethane seal to maintain the required coverage. The opening angle of the door is 180 degrees and the door can be interchanged for right or left and the cabinet itself can also be installed with a cable hole at the top and bottom. The doors of these cabinets are fitted with reed locks up to a height of 800 mm, above this height we use a mortise lock.

We supply the cabinets with a mounting panel in the maximum possible size, or according to the customer's requirements.

The standard colour of the cabinet is UV resistant RAL 7035 for outdoor use, but we will change this on customer request.

STCZ

Flush-Mounted Switchboard

Modular - flush-mounted switchgear cabinets with DIN rails for installation of devices. In addition, the cabinet is equipped with N-null and PE protection bridge.

Everything is a part of the lower galvanized part, which is completely armed including cover panels KPPZ, KPVZ for quick release locks and then the cover painted frame with door and lock is fitted on top. The door can be turned right or left while retaining the galvanised dashboard mounting. The door and frame are painted internally in RAL 7035, but according to the customer's requirements we can paint this with any powder paint.

The cabinet itself is designed for interior spaces and buildings.

The lower galvanised part can be used for surface mounted installation of the same dimensions, where only the upper part with the door is reassembled with the surface mounted part.

STL

Category: Standing Row Cabinets

The basic construction of STS and STL cabinets consists of a welded, self-supporting frame, which is perforated in the side columns in all types. The ceiling and bottom of the cabinet are provided with a hole for the passage of wires. The bottom of the cabinet can be supplied with a removable lid or sliding sheets. The cabinet ceiling is supplied with a lid as standard. To meet IP 55, the door, back and side panels and lid are fitted with a polyurethane foam seal.

The cabinet columns have removable side and rear covers. They are perforated with 10×13 mm holes with a diameter of 4.3 mm and a pitch of 25 mm, which allow the attachment of instrument grilles, mounting panels, perforated partitions and auxiliary structures for mounting instruments in the cabinet using loose special nuts that fit into the holes in the frame and self-tapping screws.

The cabinet doors can be mounted as left or right. They are fitted with removable reinforcement on the inside (perforated on STS cabinets only). They are hinged on 4 hinges and close with a four-point lock. They can be fitted with a glass hatch in IP 55 protection.

The cabinet can be built on rubber, metal or adjustable feet or on a base. For handling, the cabinets can be equipped with 4 hanging eyes. All type series are identical in design, they differ in internal equipment and degree of protection. The instruments can be mounted in the cabinet on an instrument grid, mounting panel, swivel frame or a combination of both. The accessories are identical for the cabinets of all type series. Cabinets can be combined into multi-part systems.

STO

The basic construction of STO cabinets consists of a welded, self-supporting skeleton with rigid sides, which is provided with vertical and horizontal perforations formed by galvanized reinforcements in all types. The ceiling and bottom of the cabinet are provided with a hole for the passage of wires. The bottom of the cabinet can be supplied with a removable lid or sliding sheets. The cabinet ceiling is supplied with a lid as standard. To meet IP 55 protection, the door and lid are fitted with a polyurethane foam seal.

The galvanized vertical and horizontal braces are perforated with 10×13 mm holes with a diameter of 4.3 mm and a spacing of 25 mm, which allow the attachment of instrument grilles, mounting panels, perforated partitions and auxiliary structures for mounting instruments in the cabinet using loose special nuts that fit into the holes in the frame and self-tapping screws.

The cabinet doors can be mounted as left or right. They are fitted with removable reinforcement on the inside. They are hinged on 4 hinges and close with a four-point lock. They can be fitted with a glass hatch in IP 55 protection.

STX

STX - IP55 - IK09

Category: Standing Row Cabinets

The basic structure consists of a skeleton of bent perforated profiles, which is formed as a two-part open outer and inner frame with perforated holes for mounting internal equipment. The idea is that the two parts of the frame are connected by rivets and bolts for their conductive connection, which also increase the strength and rigidity of both parts of the frame.

Front and back with a bending edge, which extends outside the cabinet, with a recessed profile and perimeter perforations (10 x 13 and  4.3 at 25 mm pitch) on the sides. The ceiling and bottom of the skeleton are provided with holes for the entry and exit of wires from the cabinet and four holes for connections or suspension lugs. The ceiling opening is covered with a removable cover for the passage of wires and the installation of cable glands. The bottom opening has two possible ways of covering, lid or sliding plates. A door with polyurethane foam seal is included with the cabinet. The skeleton is reinforced with removable perforated partitions, which are standard equipment of the cabinet. A rear cover with polyurethane foam seal after drainage is standard equipment of the cabinet.

The side cover uses a recessed skeleton profile into which it slides, it has a separate order number. The cabinet can be built on rubber or metal feet, on a pedestal or directly on the ground.

STX cabinets can be used for applications in earthquake-prone areas. The cabinet STX 200606 was tasted and has a Seismic Proficiency Test Report. The test was performed in accordance with Bellcore GR-63-CORE Zone 4, EN 61587-2, ed. 2 and GOST 17516.1-90. This test should be seen as a comparative test because the certification of empty cabinets is not possible. In our case, a weight of 250 kg was placed in the cabinet. The cabinet was placed on a pedestal. The earthquake accessory kit includes an inclined strut, reinforcement for the partition and a corner reinforcement.
